Tips and Tricks to Beat a Hungry Appetite
Select negative calorie food. There is a whole list of food out there that will help you beat your hungry appetite. These foods carry calories but your body ends up burning more calories to digest the food then the food had in the beginning resulting in negative calories. A small snack of nuts will beat off hunger more so then a bigger meal. This is because nuts carry healthy fat and lots of protein. They are a healthy addition to any dieter’s diet menu. Eating foods that are high in fiber also help reduce those hunger pains. Fibers help bulk your food making you feel less hungry. Not to mention a lot of high fiber foods are even low in calories. For example your leafy vegetables are high in fiber and low in calories. Hot liquids also tend to give you a fuller feeling. Adding a few cups of coffee or tea to your diet will help ward off hunger better then snacking on calorie enriched foods or foods that are higher in at. There are still some things you need to make sure you cut back though. The highly sweetened dessert like coffees and adding sugar and cream to your drinks will result in feeling less hungry but causing problems in your dieting. Fructose a sugar handled by your lived is found in fruits. By neglecting to add fruit to your diet your lived will send the message of being hungry. Adding a piece of fruit to your meals will help fend off hunger but if you make a diet of fruit alone you will find a drop in blood sugar and a feeling of being even more hungry. This is why it’s always best to eat a balanced diet. Adding lean proteins to your diet help ward off those hunger pains! By including egg whites, fish, poultry, low fat cheese, and turkey to your diet these types of foods require your body to work harder to burn off the calories then fatty foods or carbohydrates. This tends to let you choose larger portions of these types of foods filling you up then the alternatives that are not as healthy. Choosing your diet wisely and finding what works for you until your body adjusts to less bulkier foods and healthier foods are the key to beating hunger.
